The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the event sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities: Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team in achieving sales goals by providing guidance, coaching, and motivation. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team members to drive improvement. Conduct sales training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Sales Operations: Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including customer data, sales figures, and forecasts. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless sales operations. Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies, procedures, and guidelines. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster customer loyalty and retention. Assist the sales team in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify emerging needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies. Team Leadership: Assist the sales manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales team members. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team. We strictly promote within the company, We do not hire assistant managers and managers.
