Retail Event Representatives are responsible for promoting and selling our products at various retail events and locations. Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Engage with customers at retail events and actively promote our products. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about the features and benefits. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and recommend suitable products. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Build positive relationships with customers and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor. Listen to customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following company procedures. Event Setup and Logistics: Assist in setting up and organizing the event space, including product displays and promotional materials. Ensure products are properly stocked and presented in an appealing manner. Coordinate with event organizers and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations. Maintain a clean and organized sales area throughout the event. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up to date with product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. Participate in training sessions and product presentations to enhance your knowledge and sales techniques. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices. Support fellow team members during busy periods or when additional assistance is needed. Communicate effectively with team leaders and provide regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
