Role Overview: As a Fundraiser for Heifer International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to transform the lives of children and families around the world. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential donors, securing financial support, and ensuring the sustainability of our programs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a global scale while working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet or exceed goals. Identify and cultivate potential donors, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and community groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, providing them with regular updates on Heifer International's projects and impact. Create compelling fundraising materials, including written proposals, presentations, and reports. Organize and execute fundraising events and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business). Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or related fields. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the mission and impact of Heifer International effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills.
