Service Description

The Managers are responsible for leading and overseeing the sales operations related to event bookings and venue rentals. This role requires exceptional sales and leadership abilities, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive event bookings and venue rentals.Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to drive individual and team success. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and key stakeholders. Respond to customer inquiries, provide detailed information about available venues, and offer customized solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients. Venue Management and Operations: Oversee the coordination and logistics of events, ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met, including staffing, catering, audiovisual equipment, etc. Maintain accurate event records, including contracts, agreements, and financial information. Continuously evaluate and improve venue operations to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency. Financial Management: Develop and manage the event sales office budget, including revenue targets, expenses, and profitability. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs. Prepare regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
