EMG was founded in 2016 in Providence, Rhode Island and expanded to Virginia and Maryland in 2019 to manage a community outreach program funded by Tmobile and the United States Government. Sofia was born in Brooklyn, NY, Uzbek decent and grew up in Virginia. Sofia achieved her promotion to Management in 8 months, currently managing Assurance Wireless.

Isaac, Nigerian decent, was born and raised in Maryland. Promoted to Assistant manager in 5 months Isaac is currently training to become a managing partner within the company.
